Everyone is at different places in their health journey. Some people have spent years trying to figure out how to be well (I’m one of them); some are just beginning a health challenge and require support; some are pros at managing their health challenge, yet are interested in what emerging nutritional science has to offer; and some are gifted with health, and are looking for ways to maintain it. Two sessions: One 60 minutes and one 30 minute
